High 5 Casino Review | Games, Bonuses & Honest User Experience
High 5 is one of the most well-rounded sweepstakes casinos out there. It’s got a good range of games and game types, a dedicated app, and a variety of payment options. While it may not excel in any single category, it doesn’t fall short in many.

My verdict on the High 5 Casino welcome bonus
High 5 Casino is a superb sweepstakes platform if you’re into online slots. There are hundreds of exclusive games, a native mobile app, and plenty of free ways to play for a shot at real prizes.
The first time I joined, I claimed a no-deposit offer of 400 Game Coins, 3 Sweeps Coins, and 300 Diamonds. From that point on, I was picking up daily bonuses without doing much at all apart from logging in. It’s a solid offer and pretty much right in line with what you’ll see at most other social casinos. What stood out, though, were the random purchase offers I got along the way. One gave me 25 Game Coins and 5 SC for just $1.

High 5 Casino Review
High 5 Casino’s performance on mobile is what impressed me the most. There’s a superb native app available for both Android and iOS.
Game variety and promotions were relatively strong, too, which gave me plenty of reasons to stick around. The only area that fell short compared to other top sweepstakes casinos was the lack of a live chat option. It wouldn’t hurt to have a few more payment methods either.
Here’s how I rated High 5 Casino across each category.
/5 | Summary | |
---|---|---|
Sign Up Bonus & Ongoing Offers | 4.6/5 | A strong no deposit bonus and frequent promotions, including daily rewards and regular giveaways. |
Web/App Experience | 4.8/5 | There are standalone apps for both iOS and Android devices, with a layout that can adjust to different screen sizes. |
Game Selection & Quality | 4.7/5 | Over 1,700 games, including 300+ originals. You won’t find any table games or live dealers though. |
Payments & Banking | 4.4/5 | Redemptions are fast and reliable, but payment options could use more variety. |
Customer Support | 3.9/5 | Helpful when needed. However, the limited contact methods is what brought the score down. |
High 5 Casino sign-up bonus & ongoing offers | 4.6/5
The first time I logged into High 5 Casino, I was greeted with a no deposit welcome offer that included 400 Game Coins, 3 Sweeps Coins, and 300 Diamonds.
It’s a bit of a different approach compared to what I’ve seen on other sweepstakes sites like Chumba Casino. There, I only had the standard two-currency setup to work with — Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
Over here, Game Coins take the place of what most sites call Gold Coins (I’ll still refer to them as GC in this High 5 Casino review to keep it simple). SC stay the same and are used to play for potential prizes. There’s also a third currency, Diamonds, which let me unlock boosts on specific titles.
I was pretty happy with the value of the High 5 Casino no deposit promo. The only one I’d put ahead is LuckyLand Slots. They gave me 10 SC right off the bat. Chanced Casino also has a bit of an edge with 20 free spins, which can hit for up to 1,000 SC each if the stars really line up.
Take a look at the breakdown below:

How did I use my High 5 Casino sign-up bonus?
Disclaimer: The primary purpose of sweepstakes casinos is to provide a recreational gaming experience rather than serve as a means of financial gain. And although certain games may allow for the redemption of prizes, all results are driven by random chance. In fact, statistically, losses occur far more frequently than wins. As such, participation should be viewed as a form of entertainment with a responsible approach to gameplay and realistic expectations at all times.
First up, the batch of GC gave me plenty of room to test things out while waiting on the next promo. Since they don’t carry prize value, I treated them more like a trial run and, therefore, jumped between categories and tried out mechanics I don’t typically go for. For some reason, I kept circling back to Cherry Rush 7s from Kalamba and 3 Pots Riches: Hold and Win by Playson.
And with 3 SC already in the wallet from the start, I had just enough to try something a bit more strategic. I went for low-bet, high-volatility slots like King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus™, aiming for an early multiplier — and it worked. I ended that day with 29.60 SC. With that balance, I stepped away from the slots and spent the rest trying out some of the variety games, mostly crash, plinko, and mines. In about five days, I was already close to hitting the 50 SC redemption minimum for gift cards.
High 5 Casino’s addition of 600 free Diamonds in the welcome offer isn’t something I see quite often. Here, I could use them in the Boost on Demand store for perks like random win multipliers and free spins on specific games. And just to give you an idea of Diamond pricing, I came across 5 spins on Da Vinci Power Play for 200 Diamonds (at SC 0.20 per spin). But at the same time, 5 Super Boost spins on Pirates Prosperity (SC 1.00 per spin) were 4,700 Diamonds.
Promos & bonuses for existing users at High 5 Casino
Outside of the welcome bonus, High 5 Casino had several free promotions available. A few that I grabbed myself were:
- Daily login bonus: Every day I logged in, High 5 Casino gave me a small batch of Sweeps Coins (usually 0.10 SC) for checking in. On top of that, their Bonus Harvest feature added extra GC and Diamonds to my account throughout the day. Sure, those aren’t tied to any cash value, but when I ran low on SC, they kept things moving and gave me an opportunity to explore a few titles I hadn’t played before.
- Active community and social giveaways: High 5 Casino has a lot happening across its social channels, especially on Facebook, where it’s passed a million followers. They’re also active on Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and X. Some of the most fun promotions I’ve seen are the Trivia Thursday contests, where you guess the featured game, as well as the giveaways.
- Referral program: As per usual, the referral program at High 5 Casino allows you to earn rewards by sharing a unique sign-up link with your friends. Once someone registers through your link, verifies their account, and makes a purchase of at least $10 within 30 days, you’ll get 600 GC, 20 SC and 600 Diamonds, usually within a week. And if you refer five friends in the same 30-day window, you’ll receive a bonus of 1,000 extra GC.
- VIP program: High 5 Casino recently updated its VIP program to a new six-tier system called High 5 Prestige, replacing the old seven-level setup. My progress was transferred over, but new players now start at Novice. From there, the ranks go up through Rising Star, Prodigy, Virtuoso, Elite, and Icon by playing with either GC or SC. Rewards improve as you go, with free spins early on and SC unlocking from Prodigy upward. I typically track progress from the My Hub section through the burger icon.
- Mail-In Request: I mailed in a 4×6 handwritten card with my full name, email, home address, unique code, the date, and the required Sweeps Coins statement. There’s a step-by-step guide in the ‘Sweepstakes Rules’ — you’ll find it in the footer of the site. A few days later, 3 SC showed up in my account for free.

Will I keep playing?
Absolutely! High 5 Casino had me logging in daily without even thinking about it. I’ve actually redeemed two gift cards already, though it definitely took a bit of effort to get there. And by that, I mean I had to plan things out carefully so I wouldn’t burn through my balance too fast. I had what I needed to cash out after about eight days the first time around.
I got going with the sign-up offer and stayed on that path for a bit, mostly playing low-stake slots and checking in daily to grab login rewards. I used a mix of GC, SC, and a few Boost on Demand perks I grabbed using Diamonds to stretch my balance before needing to buy anything. However, eventually, I went for one of the smaller purchase bundles, which gave me just enough room to push past the threshold.
What made things easier after that was that I didn’t have to deal with any strict terms. The 50 SC minimum (for gift cards), which works out to $50, is more than fair, and the 1x playthrough on High 5’s promotional SC keeps cashout rules light. Plus, prize redemptions come with no extra fees.
Reasons to keep playing:
- Active daily promos, challenges, and a brand-new Prestige VIP system
- You can spin with GC for fun, use SC to go after real cash prizes, and spend Diamonds on bonus features tied to specific games
- Every game and feature works on mobile, and there’s a dedicated High 5 Casino app for smooth access
- Over 1,775 games available, including 306+ exclusives, specialty titles, and live dealer options
Reasons I would look elsewhere:
- No traditional table games or live dealers
- Live chat is not available
High 5 Casino sign-up & verification process | 4.8/5
It was super quick and easy to set up my High 5 Casino account, with the whole process taking less than five minutes. I started by clicking the orange ‘Sign Up!’ button at the top of the page and linked my Google account. Otherwise, you can link your Apple account or start fresh by entering a username, email, and password. Then, you’ll just need to fill out a few basic details, like your full name and date of birth, before moving on to your address.
💡 Keep in mind: All information has to match official documents, since identity verification is required before redeeming real prizes. To keep the process smooth, I made sure to have my documents (valid government-issued ID + a recent proof of address) ready in advance.
The final step was phone verification, for which I had to type in my number, click on ‘Confirm,’ then wait a few seconds to receive a 6-digit code by text. I entered that in the next window, tapped ‘Verify,’ and it was all set.
At that point I was able to claim the no deposit bonus. There was also a quick tutorial showing how the platform works.
High 5 Casino website and app experience | 4.8/5
You don’t see many sweepstakes platforms offering a native mobile app. Or at least not as good as High 5 Casino’s, with versions for both iOS and Android.
To install it:
- I went to the App Store (or Google Play for Android)
- Searched for High 5 Casino
- Clicked on ‘Get’ to download. It then asked me for a Face ID. Android will typically ask for Touch ID after tapping ‘Install’
- Once it finished downloading, I opened the app and signed in with the same email and password I set up earlier.
That said, if you’d rather skip dealing with constant updates or avoid taking up extra storage, you can still play straight from your browser.
It really comes down to what works best for you since both options look nearly the same and have access to all the same games and promotions.
Did I like the High 5 Casino app?
Yes, I did. First, it’s a fully native application, which means it runs smoothly without any lag or disruptive page reloads, even during extended play sessions. Navigation is intuitive, too, and everything is easy to tap through with your thumb, considering that the interface is fully optimized for smaller screens. It’s made of large game thumbnails and menus that are simple to swipe through one-handed.
I also appreciated that the app fills the entire display, eliminating any distractions from system bars. Other than that, load times are quick. For instance, switching between Game Coin and Sweeps Coin modes takes only a second or two.
My favorite sweepstakes casino apps
McLuck Has dedicated iOS and Android apps available. Minimum cash prize and gift card redemptions are only 75 SC ($75) and 10 SC ($10), respectively.
Stake.us offers one of the sleekest apps out there and some of the best original games in the industry.
Pulsz offers a library of over 1,000 slot titles, traditional table games, and casual picks like Plinko and Mines.
Payment methods & banking options | 4.6/5
I could earn both GC and SC at High 5 Casino just by checking in daily, completing challenges, or jumping into one of their social media giveaways. Every now and then though, I wanted a little more in the bankroll to play at slightly higher stakes, so I went ahead and made a purchase.
Payments methods
High 5 Casino offers three main ways to pay when you’re buying coin bundles — online banking through Trustly, credit or debit card, and Skrill.
Would I have liked a few more options? Sure. But honestly, what they’ve got is highly secure, quick, and dead simple to use. I personally went with Trustly because I could connect directly to my Chase account. It also works for others like Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
Here’s how High 5 Casino’s payment methods hold up next to what you’ll find on other sweepstakes platforms:

Prize redemption methods
When it came to redemptions, there were two ways I could go about it — either cash or a Prizeout gift card to use at retailers like Amazon and Walmart. Both options are fee-free and pretty quick to process. In my case, gift cards showed up within a day, and Skrill took about three, though the terms do say it can take a bit longer.
➡️ Tip: Try redeeming during business hours. Approvals tend to go through much faster that way.
Also, you’ll need to wager your SC balance at least 1x before redeeming. And yes, even those that come through purchases, since technically, what you’re buying is GC. SC are given as a bonus.
The minimum required depends on the route you take. For cash, it’s 100 SC, which is equivalent to $100. For gift cards, you only need 50 SC to get started. In the meantime, keep in mind that High 5 allows you to make up to three redemptions per day, which is a lot more flexible than most sites.

High 5 Casino game selection & game quality | 4.7/5
You don’t often come across sweepstakes platforms with over 1,700 titles, but High 5 Casino pulls it off. That alone made it challenging to run out of games to play. Plus, quality and fairness were never even a concern, considering they team up with some of the best studios in the industry, including the likes of Pragmatic Play or BGaming. Something else I really liked was that 306+ of them were built exclusively in-house by High 5’s own developer team.
I also appreciated how neatly everything is organized into clear categories like Featured, Trending, and Recently Played. It made jumping back into something I liked really easy. You can also see how much effort the brand puts into updating its collection. In fact, I’d notice changes in the New Games section almost every other day, with the latest released titles added and some older ones rotated out.
And since the majority of the library is made up of slots, you’ll also find filters like Hold and Win, Jackpots, Real Vegas Hits, and Highest Winning. Still, I think it would help to go a step further with tags for themes, volatility, RTP, or special mechanics like Megaways. Until then, the search bar comes in pretty handy if you know exactly what you’re after.
High 5 Casino also went big on variety games, with over 38 specialty titles available. You’ll find everything from mines and plinko to crash games, along with special instant-win options like Ronaldinho Scores Shoot & Win by Booming Games.
Here’s a quick look at the main game categories and a few of my personal favorites in each:
Game Type | How Many? | Providers | Standout Game In The Category |
---|---|---|---|
Originals | 306 | High 5 Games | Da Vinci DeluxeWays ![]() High-res art visuals in a Renaissance slot with tumbling reels, jackpots, and up to 1,000,000 ways to win through its DeluxeWays mechanic |
Jackpot Games | 16 | High 5 Games | Buffalo Canyon ![]() A nature-themed slot with up to 23 symbols, crystal-triggered free spins, and unique mechanics like Spin-crease and MegaPixel Pays. |
Regular Slots | 1775 | Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger Gaming, BGaming, Relax Gaming, etc. | Sugar Rush ![]() A candy-inspired slot set on a 7×7 grid with cluster pays and tumbling wins. |
Variety Games | 38 | Hacksaw Gaming, High 5 Games, Rogue, Gaming Corps, Booming Games | Speed Crash ![]() A crash game where you launch a rocket and try to cash out before it crashes, with a max win of 10,000x your bet. |
What’s missing from the library?
Table games and live dealer titles. The latter only went missing recently though. Just a few weeks ago, I was still playing blackjack and roulette from Iconic21. I reached out to support over email to check if it was a permanent thing, and they told me the games had been removed. Now I just go to Hello Millions when I’m in the mood for that kind of thing.
I’d have also liked to see more depth in the Specialty section. There’s definitely room to bring in scratch cards, lottery-style games, keno, or even a few bingo options like you see over at WOW Vegas.
Customer Support | 4.2/5
High 5 Casino handles support mainly through email and a comprehensive help center. I found plenty of useful info, but I think they could do more. Over there, I’ve got access to 24/7 live chat and even a phone line for payment issues.
Method | Does High 5 Casino have it? | How usable is it? |
---|---|---|
📞 Phone | No | N/A |
💬 Live chat | No | N/A |
Yes | Answers can feel a bit scripted sometimes. Overall, I’d say it handles queries well. | |
❓ FAQ | Yes | Easy to find and navigate, but it doesn’t go very deep if you’re trying to get answers to more detailed or advanced questions. |
How quickly did I get a response?
Always within 24 hours, give or take. If it’s something a single reply can handle, it works fine. It only drags a bit if there’s back-and-forth. That said, the platform’s set up well enough that real issues are pretty rare — at least in my case. I’ve been active for about two years and haven’t run into anything major.
I’d sometimes sneak in a question or two through their social channels — Facebook, X, or Instagram. Technically that’s not what those are for, but if it was something general, they usually replied.
Pros and Cons of High 5 Casino
High 5 Casino brings a lot to the table, from standout mobile play to a packed library of exclusive games, though not everything felt fully dialed in. Here’s how my experience breaks down:
My favorite things about High 5 Casino
✅ Exclusive games you won’t find anywhere else
✅ Highly functional native mobile app for iOS and Android
✅ High-quality slot variety (1,700+) across different themes
✅ Low 1x playthrough requirement on SC redemptions
[/column]
Features High 5 Casino could improve
✖ Add live chat support since right now, email is the only way to reach the team
✖ Expand payment methods rather than being limited to Trustly, Skrill, and cards
✖ Quicker email and social media replies
✖ The introduction of table games and the addition of live dealers
What others are saying about High 5 Casino
One of the best places to get a feel for real player experiences is Trustpilot, and High 5 Casino is doing pretty well there. It’s actually holding at 4.2 out of 5 based on over 2,500 reviews. New ones roll in daily, with most players praising the game variety, smooth app performance, and how fast the payouts show up (“I had my FIRST cash payout in less than 12 hours”). A few have lagged longer response times from customer support or occasional delays in verification, but that hasn’t stopped the positive momentum.
Some of the main takeaways I noticed:
Is High 5 Casino legit?
Yes, High 5 Casino is entirely legit. It follows all the legal rules for sweepstakes-based social casinos and gives plenty of ways to play without ever needing to make a purchase.
As we speak, the platform is available in 35 U.S. states for anyone aged 21 and up. Specifically, the list of restricted places includes Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, Maryland, New York, and West Virginia.
I’ve spent a good amount of time on the site over the years and never came across anything that raised red flags. The games are either developed in-house or powered by top-tier providers, and the app itself has passed both Apple’s and Google’s approval standards, which aren’t exactly easy to meet.
On the security side, everything is TLS encrypted, and whether I was purchasing a coin bundle or uploading documents for verifications, it went through protected channels. Plus, the company behind the brand, High 5 Games, has been around for decades and is widely known for creating high-quality games that appear in various licensed real-money casinos around the world. From what I’ve seen, they’ve brought that same level of professionalism to their sweepstakes platform.
Updates: What’s new at High 5 Casino?
High 5 Casino has been steadily evolving since its launch in 2012, whether it’s through new game launches or time-limited promos. As of May 2025, a couple of the newer ones I’ve been into are Gates of Olympus Super Scatter and Cash Pig 2.
We’ll keep this section updated with the latest changes, but I suggest turning on your marketing notifications so you don’t miss any of the latest news. Also, it’s worth checking their official Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord channels for heads-up posts on new game drops and special offers.
➡️ Considering High 5 Casino picked up the EGR Social Casino of the Year award two years in a row for 2023 and 2024, I’m curious to see if they’ll take the 2025 title, too.
How does High 5 Casino compare to other top social casinos?
Very well. I personally consider High 5 Casino right up there with the best sweepstakes platforms. Let me show you how it measures up against the ones I’m mostly active on:

If you’re still on the fence about High 5 Casino
Spending as much time as I have on High 5 Casino, I’ve come to really see how much ground it covers. The welcome bonus alone — 400 GC, 3 SC, and 300 Diamonds — sets a very strong first impression. However, it’s the day-to-day experience that really kept me coming back, particularly the daily bonuses.
I’m active on several different social casinos, and after a while, the games can start to blur together. That wasn’t the case here, with over 306 exclusive titles. I also really appreciated having a reliable app available. Sure, I’m going to miss the live dealer games. But still they weren’t the focus of the experience. You play at High 5 Casino if you’re into online slots.
Redemptions have always gone through smoothly and on time, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into how everything was set up. That shows especially in the built-in responsible play tools like purchase limits, reality checks, and time-out options.
Try it out for yourself and see if High 5 Casino has more going on than what other sweepstakes casinos in Massachusetts are currently putting out there.
